Site Maintenance

GSS provides an ‘on site’ maintenance and safety assessment service to Body Corporate Entities, Facilities Managers, Landlords etc., to take away all the worries of not being nearby to organise trades and other relevant services when things go wrong at your site.

We organise supply of all required products, trades and installation services – specific permits, tests etc. to take the headache out of everything possible for you. Your establishment, or that of your customers, can also be visited on a pre-determined schedule by GSS and our clients. During this visit, the site is monitored according to a checklist to look for both specific and unknown issues on site preventing future problems.
